They provide an online quote system where you can get the estimate of your project along with the turnaround time. You can adjust various parameters like allowing for quality assurance and marking the job as urgent. If you are a translator you can register with the website and then bid on the jobs as they arrive. The site uses paypal or Moneybookers for transactions.
